Ultima Nerf

Making a Local Clan:
Ok, so you have some people around your neighborhood, they like to nerf, but you aren't organized at all. No, problem, start a clan.
1. Getting people to join.
I know from starting my own clan that it can be tough to get members. But going through it all my clan now has roughly 9 members, and about 3 potential members. The way I got them to join, was by simply nerfing, getting people into it, and then offering to let them into my clan. Most of the time people will join. My clan has a required test to get in. Its not hard pass, but the better you do the higher your rank, which is pretty important in my clan.
2. Getting organized.
Me and my clan have a schedule of when we nerf. We also have tournaments which prizes are given out at, to keep the intrest up. Sit down with your clan, get some ideas of when people are available, and make a schedule. If you have a larger clan, make your own so that you don't have to go through the process of making one. I hand out a schedule for the summer, which we usually have at least 6 people show up for every battle.
3. Keeping rules.
You need rules in order to keep your clan together. Have your rules set, because you will have problems if you don't. My first clan broke up because of a dispute over having too many rules. We now have a ranking system in place, where any disputes that aren't covered in the rules, goes to the highest ranked member present at the battle. This keeps everything fair.

Its tough to have a good clan. You really have to like having a clan in order to keep it in good shape. Having a clan makes for a good nerfing expierience. Our clan has a modding circle, thats alot of fun too. We just get together and mod guns.
