Here is what my rattler used to look like with just 4, 2 in. PVC barrels glued on with plumbers goop. This mod got about 35 feet. Still pretty pitiful. What I decided to do is open the gun up, stretch the spring, and see if there are any other things I can do.

Here are the internals of the rattler. Nothing fancy. When you look at the spring its really pitiful. Stretch it real good now. Unfortuanately, there are alot of things that could be done to this gun such as making the air delivery system better, but because this is a gun I want to stay in good condition I couldn't do them.

So to finish up this easy mod I wrapped some electric tape and duct tape around the barrel assembly and PVC. Done. Sorry about this mod, it just didn't quite turn out. Then again, the rattler left alot to be desired anyway so now you have a rattler that compared to a stock one gets about 4x the distance. Mine gets about 45-47 ft.
