Out of the box this thing is a piece of absoulute sh*T. It gets like 10 feet with one barrel and 20 with another. But when modded.....i'm going to change my tune a little here.

So you want a high powered gun with excellent range, great accuracy, and good reload time. Well what'da know. You have just stumbled upon the AT2K, one of the easiest to mod guns ever made. Upon getting the twin pack of AT2Ks I decided to do 2 mods for the site. This is the first of the 2.
(NOTE: I hold no claim to this mod. I am sure there are AT2K mods on a number of sites, and even though I don't know of any with a single barrel brass mod, but there probably are:)

Well anyway to get it started we need to get the gun open. Get out the dozen screws on the gun. (not the ones on the pumping handle)So now you have the screws out and your trying to figure out why the gun won't open and you notice at the pumping handle we have a cap. Here is what I did, you can do whatever you want. I took a hacksaw at a slight angle and when i had cut through about a 1/4 inch in I used a flathead and twisted it and it popped open. Not clean, but hey it works.

As you see from the above pic we have it open.

Sorry about the pic. Well now, all we need to do is take off the barrel assembly, and get some brass, copper, CPVC, PETG, or whatever. This kind of mod is very open ended. I cut a 6 in. piece of 9/16 brass because it fits my darts well.

As you can't see from another craphy pic that is a 6 inch barrel. So now if you tried to hot glue in the barrel you would have a pretty bad upward tilt due to the lip of the place where the barrel assembly used to go. So sand this down to the appropriate size for your barrel type and size. (NOTE: If you want to you can fiddle with the barrel in front of the check valve (sawing it off, widening it, etc.), but in this mod we don't) So then, put your barrel on using hot glue, or expoxy, or whatever you use. My 9/16 in. brass fit perfectly onto the existing barrel around the check valve. So then.

Well it doesn't look too bad. Also I added some large insulation for suppor and to take up some of the room that we gained from the barrel assembly.

So put the gun back together and voila. You have a gun that can reach ranges of 100+ feet. Great accuracy too. The ROF is a little low because it is single barrel but not so bad you can't use it.
